ZUL Energy, part of the reputable Legend Holding Group, is hiring an Admin cum Driver Assistant to support its office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities and assist with company errands and occasional driving tasks as required. This position is best suited for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Administrative Duties (Primary Role):
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
- Prepare, sort, and manage documentation for internal and external correspondence.
- Support the procurement and operations departments with document tracking and coordination.
- Manage courier requests and maintain a log of incoming/outgoing documents.
- Ensure smooth flow of office paperwork between departments.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed.
- Provide general support to the admin team and management as required.
Driving & Outdoor Support (Secondary Role):
- Deliver and collect documents, materials, or cheques within company locations and to external parties.
- Provide occasional transportation support to staff or guests.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean and maintained regularly.
- Follow company policies and UAE traffic regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Well-organized, trustworthy, and professional.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
