Driving Responsibilities:
- Safely and punctually drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, and official engagements.
- Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic and time constraints.
- Maintain a vehicle logbook (mileage, fuel, maintenance, etc.).
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion while handling CEO-related information and conversations.
Administrative & Support Duties:
- Assist the CEO with delivery and collection of important documents, parcels, and confidential materials.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and coordination with office departments when required.
- Handle errands and logistics related to the CEO’s office, including airport transfers, guest pickups, and event coordination.
- Maintain communication with the Admin/HR department for scheduling, reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Ensure readiness of the vehicle for daily use (clean interior, stocked water, emergency kit, etc.).
- Executive Support:
- Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, travel plans, and appointments efficiently.
2. Personal Assistance & Non-Official Tasks:
- Handle personal and family-related tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Accompany the CEO during travel or visits as needed.
- Manage household and lifestyle arrangements when required.
- Oversee errands, event arrangements, and other personal commitments on behalf of the CEO.
3. Coordination & Liaison:
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and staff to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all business and personal information.
- Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks delegated by the CEO.
4. Administrative Management:
- Maintain an organized filing system for both personal and business records.
- Track expenses and prepare expense reports.
Support in special projects or any other assignments as directed by the CEO
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and confidential documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
