Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Cum HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The role involves handling employee lifecycle processes, ERP management, attendance monitoring, fleet coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation systems to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities in Human Resources

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation.
  • Create and update employee profiles in ERP/HRMS systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime reports.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance data and employee updates with the Accounts department.
  • Prepare HR letters including offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, and other official correspondence.
  • Handle visa documentation, medical insurance coordination, and employee-related government processes.
  • Manage employee exit formalities including final settlements and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing of employee documents and maintain clean, organized digital folders and physical personnel files.

Administrative & Fleet Coordination Responsibilities

  • Coordinate company vehicle fleet management including tracking Mulkiya renewals, Passing, maintenance scheduling, insurance renewals, and fine monitoring and clearence.
  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, and general administrative records.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing minutes of meetings when required.
  • Support interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (UAE experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR processes.
  • Experience working with ERP/HRMS systems.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
