Role: Admin cum HR Executive1. Job Overview:

An Admin cum HR Executive handles the day-to-day administrative operations of a company while also supporting or managing human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. This role is common in small to medium-sized businesses where one person is expected to wear multiple hats.

2. Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:

  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and functionality
  • Record keeping and data entry
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers

HR Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintaining employee records and databases
  • Processing payroll and attendance
  • Supporting performance management processes
  • Handling employee grievances and basic counseling
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Organizing training and employee engagement activities

3. Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

4. Educational Qualification:
