Job Description – Female Admin & Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female Admin & Operations Executive to manage administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of our bike rider delivery services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and effective coordination with both riders and management to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Manage riders’ records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training support for bike riders
  • Assist in visa processing, renewals, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Monitor fleet schedules, deployment, and ensure riders meet operational requirements
  • Prepare and maintain reports for management on riders’ performance and operations
  • Act as a point of contact for riders regarding administrative and operational queries
  • Support management in planning and implementing operational improvements

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with prior experience in administration and/or operations (delivery/logistics industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi/Urdu an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
