Admin Cum Receptionist

We are seeking a well-organized and professional Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations along with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company and must ensure smooth daily office operations through efficient communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls efficiently
  • Maintain reception area in a clean and presentable condition
  • Handle emails, couriers, and all incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, documentation, and record keeping
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and office documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
  • Maintain office supplies and support procurement requirements when needed
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information at all times

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
  • Proven experience in reception and administrative roles is an advantage
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication (English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Preferred candidates should be located near Al Majaz 1, Sharjah or nearby areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
