Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front office operations and support the daily administrative functions of our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate industry, be familiar with property portals and CRM systems, and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily front desk and reception activities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update property listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
  • Upload, edit, and monitor property advertisements and listing performance
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with agents regarding listing updates, documentation, and appointments
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, forms, and administrative documents when required
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and records
  • Support management with day-to-day office coordination and reporting

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a real estate company in the UAE preferred
  • Knowledge of property listing portals and CRM systems is mandatory
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Preferred Candidates

  • Candidates holding Family Visa or Spouse Visa Sponsorship will be preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
