About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Cum Receptionist with proven experience in Property Development and Real Estate within the UAE. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage front-office operations, support day-to-day administrative activities, and assist in handling property-related documentation and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and all office correspondence in a professional manner.

Manage property documentation including tenancy contracts, sales/lease files, and RERA-related paperwork.

Maintain organized filing systems for property transactions, client records, and agreements.

Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and provide administrative support to property managers and sales teams.

Update property listings, marketing materials, and CRM entries as required.

Oversee office supplies, petty cash, and general administrative functions.

Prepare reports, letters, and presentation materials for management.

Liaise with developers, brokers, and government authorities such as DLD and Ejari centers.
Support HR, accounts, and other internal departments with routine administrative tasks when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:

2–4 years of experience in administrative or reception roles within the UAE real estate/property development field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management systems.

Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and Ejari processes is an advantage.

Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Professional appearance, strong organizational capabilities, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Currently residing in the UAE with a transferable visa.

Previous experience in real estate offices, property development firms, or facility management companies.
