About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Female Front Desk & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is a perfect blend of front office management and client coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, coordinate office supplies and vendors as needed.
- Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify potential clients and contribute to new business development.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients.
- Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and other tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
