Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations & Supplies: Manage procurement and availability of office essentials including stationery, groceries, crockery, and utilities. Maintain inventory levels and vendor coordination.
- Facilities & Housekeeping: Supervise housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper seating arrangements across office premises. Oversee kitchen and pantry operations, including arrangements for staff and guest refreshments.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings, trainings, and company events. Handle logistics such as venue, equipment, refreshments, and attendance coordination.
- Administrative Support: Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and reports as needed. Support management with documentation and record-keeping.
- Space & Asset Management: Oversee building maintenance, workspace allocation, and office equipment upkeep. Maintain related databases and service records.
- Vendor & Outdoor Coordination: Handle courier, banking, and other outdoor administrative tasks. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Compliance & SOPs: Ensure all administrative processes follow company policies, health & safety standards, and organizational procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems will be preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in an engineering, automation, or technical organization will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
