HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

HR:

· Track and manage daily attendance, leaves, shift timings, and overtime records.

· Implement and monitor HR policies.

· Hiring all resources.

· Process monthly payroll data and resolve employee salary-related issues.

Administration:

  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure cleanliness, supplies, and facility readiness.
  • Handle vendor coordination for office services (cleaning, repairs, etc.).
  • Maintain records of company assets and inventory.
  • Support management in daily administrative operations.

Requirements:

  • 6 months-1 year of experience in managing Admin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
