Associate HR Partner

Bitrupt is hiring an Associate HR Partner to help us scale a high-performing team. You’ll run the hiring pipeline end-to-end, streamline onboarding/offboarding, and keep HR operations compliant and organized. You’ll partner directly with founders and team leads, drive engagement rituals, and turn people data into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a seamless orientation experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
• Support with employee relations, performance review tracking, and benefits administration
• Help organize training and development initiatives
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
• Assist with payroll processing by gathering and verifying timekeeping information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous 0-1 year of experience or internship in HR is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
