A leading HR Consultants Group in Karachi is expanding its footprint and seeking an energetic and client-focused HR Business Development Officer.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in business development, corporate sales, or HR services who is passionate about building long-term client relationships and growing HR solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business opportunities in HR services (Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, Training, Payroll)

• Build and maintain corporate client relationships

• Pitch and close HR solutions tailored to client needs

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR

• 2–4 years experience of HR Business Development

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

• Target-driven, motivated, and team player
