HR Representative – Online Quran Academy

About Us:
We are a growing online Quran academy dedicated to providing high-quality Quranic education to students worldwide. We are looking for a skilled HR Representative to join our team and manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment for Quran teachers and administrative staff.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address staff concerns and resolve HR-related issues.
• Assist management in developing HR strategies.

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates who are Aleem-e-Deen or Hafiz Quran.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in education or online learning sector).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• .Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
