HR Trainee

Job Summary

Mindzeye Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to join our team during the night shift (8 PM to 5 AM). In this role, you will support the Human Resources and administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will assist in payroll preparation, handle administrative tasks, ensure compliance with policies and contribute to a positive work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, non-traditional work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Support: Assist in gathering and verifying payroll data, including employee hours, bank account details, and deductions, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, including employment contracts, PTO requests, and other HR documentation.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
  • Policy Implementation: Create, update, and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents related to company policies, ensuring employees are informed and compliant.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures during the night shift, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage HR-related correspondence, organize employee engagement activities, and coordinate night-shift meetings or training sessions as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements and Skills

  • Enrolled or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR/Admin Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing or payroll software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team during non-standard hours (8 PM to 5 AM).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a night-shift role or willingness to adapt to a nocturnal schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
