Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in DHA Phase 7, Karachi for an HR & Training Lead. The HR & Training Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, overseeing HR functions, providing coaching and support to employees, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve overall employee performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Coaching
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in DHA Phase 7, Karachi
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in e-commerce industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
