Sr. Executive Training

• Conduct needs assessments and design/deliver engaging training programs.
• Ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and effective.
• Collaborate with trainers to create high-quality training content.
• Monitor & evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports.
• Manage the training budget and resources.
• Manage training module in MiHCM and ESS functionalities.
• Assist with the implementation of new L&D initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal trainers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Trainings, Human Resource or relevant : 3 years (Preferred)
