Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash inflows and outflows, including accurate recordkeeping.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
• Assisting HR in Manage and disburse employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Handle petty cash disbursements and replenishments, particularly for field operations and technical support teams.
• Coordinate with the Recovery Department to track and follow up on expected payments.
• Liaise with the Admin/Accounts team for office and POPS rent payments and agreements.
• Oversee cash-related matters in an ISP environment, including cash-based procurements.
• Maintain proper cash handling protocols in line with company policy.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and financial control standards.
• Support bank deposit and withdrawal processes when needed.
• Assist in vendor payments, reimbursements, and emergency fund handling for field teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cash handling or accounts-related roles (experience in an ISP is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic accounts reconciliation and cash ledger tracking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• Location: Clifton, Karachi
• Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month
