An accounts payable assistant's job is to help manage a company's financial obligations. Their responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices: Entering invoices into the system and verifying them against purchase orders
  • Paying bills: Cutting checks into the system and ensuring discounts are taken and payments are made on time
  • Reconciling accounts: Reconciling prepayments and accruals
  • Responding to inquiries: Answering questions about invoice payment status and employee expense reports
  • Managing cash: Managing daily cash for some clients
  • Administrative work: Completing general administrative tasks and preparing binders for clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
