Sales Associate (Night shift) On-site (Karachi)

We are looking for a “Sales Associate” for the Night Shift. Ideal candidates can apply if possess the following requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with inquiries, complaints, or requests for information.
• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or special offers, and working to convert leads into sales.
• Providing accurate information about company products and services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
• Guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, helping them navigate the company website, or resolving technical issues.
• Verifying customer information, updating records, and processing payments or other account transactions.
• Building understanding with customers, providing excellent customer service, and striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets and performance goals.
• Accurately logging all customer interactions and sales data into the company's CRM system.
• Identifying and escalating complex customer issues or complaints to appropriate departments or supervisors.
• Keeping up-to-date with new products, services, and company policies, attending training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, build rapport with customers, and close deals.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find effective solutions.
• A customer-focused attitude with the ability to provide excellent service and build positive relationships.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and other relevant tools.
• A solid understanding of the company's products and services.
• The ability to adapt to changing situations, handle a high volume of calls, and work under pressure.
• Excellent in the competitor's and market analysis.
• Good knowledge with online payment systems and shipping processes.
