Customer Service Officer

Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

· Make cold calls to potential clients to promote and sell participation in events (e.g., conferences, expos, trade shows, seminars).

· Identify key decision-makers and build rapport to understand their event-related needs.

· Clearly communicate event benefits, packages, pricing, and value propositions.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM or spreadsheets.

· Follow up on initial contacts to convert leads into confirmed participants or clients.

· Provide excellent customer service and handle queries related to event participation.

· Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production) to ensure smooth client onboarding.

· Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.

· Collect feedback to improve calling scripts and event positioning strategies.

Other details: Good Communication skills, presentable personality and positive attitude is a mandatory requirement.

Education: Graduate or intermediate

Experience: At least 2 years of customer services with the renowned outsourcing companies.
