Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with our corporate clients in the cyber security sector. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Understand client requirements and propose relevant cyber security services.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT and cyber security concepts (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in client service, account management, or sales (preferred).

Compensation

• Graduate OR undergraduate (Fresh) with strong communication skills: Starting from PKR 50,000 per month
• Graduate with experience and strong communication skills: Starting from PKR 60,000 per month.
