Back Office HR Coordinator

Karachi, Pakistan

We're looking to hire a "HR Coordination" for our back office in Karachi.

Location: Fortune Tower, PECHS, BLOCK 6

Job timings: 8PM to 5AM (Night Shift)– Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing attendance and time tracking, handling employee documentation, assisting in engagement activities, and supporting various HR operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report daily attendance and time tracking data using Excel.
  • Maintain HR trackers for various operational processes and compliance needs.
  • Identify and escalate disciplinary issues based on attendance or office behavior.
  • Coordinate issuance and tracking of employee office access cards and medical insurance cards.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Greet and assist candidates arriving for onsite interviews in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage the availability of conference rooms and schedule meetings as required.
  • Assist in administrative and operational HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying issues and streamlining processes.

Salary budget : PKR 50,000-60,000 + Benefits including Medical Insurance for self & immediate family, 24 paid leave, leave encashment, performance-based bonus, annual salary increment
