The Division

The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Analyst with a strong focus on HR Analytics, Organizational Development (OD), and cross-functional data integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR data, driving digital transformation, and supporting various HR functions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. This role requires experience consolidating data from HR, Finance, and Operations systems to deliver comprehensive, jurisdictionally compliant insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting

Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of key HR data metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, performance, engagement, diversity, compensation).

Partner with system stakeholders to develop comprehensive reporting (e.g., Workday, ATS, payroll, survey platforms, and internal trackers) and cross-functional sources (Finance and Operations) to create unified, well-rounded dashboards and reports.

Develop, maintain, and optimize HR dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide clear insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business leaders.

Design and implement advanced data models to predict workforce trends, retention rates, and other HR-related forecasts.

Monitor and support performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Leverage experience with financial systems to support HR reporting that correlates financial and operational data for executive and board-level presentations.
Workforce Planning

Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to guide talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.

Work with leadership to assess future workforce needs, identify skills gaps, and assist in strategic workforce planning efforts.

Support the implementation of tracking systems to understand distributed workforce requirements and demand sources.
Employee Engagement & Performance

Supporting the HR team in analyzing employee engagement results and partnering to provide actionable recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and performance.

Partner with HR teams to track the impact of performance management programs and identify areas for improvement.

Correlate HR and business data (e.g., eNPS vs cNPS) to assess the impact of employee experience on customer outcomes.
Data-Driven Decision Making

Provide actionable insights that guide HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.

Leverage data to support decision-making around compensation, benefits, and other HR policies and practices.

Conduct separation spend analysis (e.g., start position vs end payment) with a focus on jurisdictional compliance, especially in Canada.

Develop termination calculators that are compliant with legislative and common law requirements across various countries and jurisdictions.

Partner with HR to analyze commission structures (paid vs business return) to identify success practices and business standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with HR teams, department heads and leadership to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Present findings and insights to key stakeholders, ensuring the data tells a compelling story and drives change.

Support the P4 team by utilizing project management systems to analyze workflows, results, dependencies, efficiencies, and roadblocks, as well as data from Teams Support system and provide recommendations for global standardization and improved execution.
Technology & Tools Management

Partner with stakeholder to develop and integrate HR analytic tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Stay current with the latest HR technologies and analytics trends, recommending tools and platforms to enhance data-driven HR decision-making.

Automate audit capabilities across hire-to-retire processes to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Support the process to track compliance of HR functions across all business units to understand risk and compliance status.
Continuous Improvement

Drive initiatives that improve HR processes through data and analytics.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and provide recommendations to improve HR effectiveness and efficiency.

Provide analysis and recommendations for M&A projects, identifying standards, exceptions, and best practices to support successful integration.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
-
Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field

3-7 years of experience in HR analytics, business analysis, or a similar role

Proven experience in building HR analytics dashboards, metrics, and reports

Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and retention

Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL); experience in Workday is required

Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills

Ability to work with large datasets and perform advanced data manipulation

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
