JOB SUMMARY:
Our client—a diversified UAE based business group — is seeking a results-driven Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager for their Karachi based recruitment and staffing firm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building a high-performing pipeline of qualified talent across the Pakistan, UAE and MENA region. This role requires strong expertise in recruitment consulting, deep market insights, and a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple business units with a focus on real estate development, signage & outdoor-advertising, and related functions.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand talent needs and develop tailored acquisition strategies.
- Source, assess, and present top talent using diverse sourcing techniques including headhunting, executive search, social recruitment, job boards, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand and niche roles across the Pakistan, UAE and MENA region.
- Manage a small team of recruiters and support staff, ensuring recruitment targets and service level agreements are met.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal marketing and HR teams to enhance the group’s talent brand across relevant markets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards to report on hiring trends, pipeline status, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices across the UAE and regional markets.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HRM or Recruitment such as CIPD - Level 7, SHRM- SCP are highly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within a recruitment firm or HR consulting environment.
- Proven track record of managing regional talent acquisition initiatives across the UAE and MENA region.
- Strong industry knowledge and talent networks within real estate, construction, signage, outdoor media advertising sectors.
Skills:
- Design and execute scalable hiring strategies across diverse industries and regions.
- Proficient in executive search, Boolean sourcing, and engaging passive talent.
- Consultative partner to business leaders with data-driven hiring insights.
- Led and motivated recruitment teams to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Experienced with ATS platforms (Manatal, Recruitee, Workable, Zoho Recruit) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Well-versed in regional labor laws and ethical recruitment practices.
