Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a regional talent acquisition strategy that reflects the unique market conditions and cultural nuances of each country.

Set up standardized policies and SOPs across all Daraz markets relating to talent acquisition

Align recruitment goals with the company's broader strategic objectives, ensuring a unified approach to talent acquisition across regions

Develop frameworks and coordinate local execution of project initiatives such as the DFLP program, internship programs, campus drives, etc

Utilize data-driven insights to forecast hiring needs, identify talent gaps, and develop a robust talent pipeline strategies for critical roles.

Utilize metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates to refine strategies and improve the recruitment process.

Implement data-driven decisions to enhance talent acquisition strategies and address any bottlenecks or areas for improvement within the hiring process.

Offer inspirational leadership and guidance to talent acquisition teams, ensuring the seamless integration of both online and offline recruitment strategies while leveraging the most effective tools to attract top talent.

Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for the teams, regularly assessing and refining these to ensure alignment with recruitment objectives and business needs.

Design and oversee the implementation of recruitment processes and procedures, ensuring thorough background checks, compliance verifications, and auditable documentation.

Champion Daraz's employer brand across the region, effectively communicating our values and culture to attract top talent.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies align with departmental needs and organizational priorities.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high standards of candidate assessment and selection are met across all regions.

Assist directly in the recruitment of senior and critical roles, leveraging personal expertise to ensure the best hiring decisions.

Identify and implement opportunities for team and personal growth, focusing on succession planning and development to future-proof the talent acquisition function.

Collaborate with HR COEs to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational growth and development plans.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including significant experience leading multi-country teams.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies in diverse and fast-paced environments.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Adept at using new recruitment technologies and analytics to drive strategy and decision-making.
