Company Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is a leading recruitment and HR consultancy firm based in Karachi. We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including talent management, policy implementation, compliance, and performance development. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the recruitment or service industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws and maintain updated HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and development strategies.
  • Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee documentation in collaboration with finance and administration.
  • Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
