SH Innovations is Hiring – Recruiter (Second Shift)
Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? SH Innovations is looking for a skilled Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience—from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring exceptional talent.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms (job boards, colleges, etc.)
• Source and recruit candidates via databases, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and techniques
• Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Onboard new hires to ensure smooth integration
• Apply best HR recruitment practices and stay updated with trends
• Provide documented recruitment reports to the team
• Build strong candidate relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
• Promote SH Innovations as a top workplace

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter
• Strong headhunting and sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 01:00 AM
