Sales Coordinator

Karachi, Pakistan

A Sales Coordinator handling S&D (Sales and Distribution) software, specifically Sale 360 SAPS, will have key responsibilities such as:

- Sales Order Management: Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently using Sale 360 SAPS.

- Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels, managing stock, and ensuring timely replenishment.

- Customer Relationship Management: Managing customer interactions, tracking sales history, and analyzing customer data.

- Sales Data Analysis: Generating reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

- Sales Team Support: Providing sales team with necessary tools, resources, and support.

Sale 360 SAPS Software Skills:

- Proficiency in Sale 360 SAPS software

- Ability to navigate and utilize software features for sales order management, inventory management, and customer relationship management

- Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Additional Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with sales team, logistics, and other departments

- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and software updates

SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) Module:

SAP SD is a software module within the SAP ERP system designed to manage sales and distribution processes. It includes sub-modules such as¹:

- Sales Order Management: Managing sales orders, contracts, customer discounts, and ensuring timely product delivery.

- Purchase Order Management: Managing purchase orders and related processes.

Sales Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous customer service or sales experience

- Proficiency in software applications such as Sale 360 SAPS or SAP SD
