Sales Operations Expert

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily sales operations that includes Leads Uploading, Assigning, and Monitoring, follow-up coordination, and documentation.
  • Create and manage real estate listing ads on zameen.com, inventory, and sales databases across CRM platforms.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, property brochures, and client proposals.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of property deals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation, contracts, and client onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available projects, pricing structures, and promotions.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to sales agents and attend property site visits when required.
  • Participate in improving internal systems and suggesting enhancements for better efficiency.
  • Deliver comprehensive CRM training to new sales team members.
  • Account and manage sales data, related to projects, sales persons, commission and revenues

Requirements:

  • Must have bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or support, preferably.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
