Job Summary

ABS International seeks an HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment and HR operations during evening shifts. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle and ensures HR compliance while supporting employee relations and workplace culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and job offers
• Enhance candidate experience through professional communication and engagement
• Streamline onboarding processes including new hire documentation and orientation
• Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS systems with accuracy
• Coordinate employee training and development sessions
• Ensure HR compliance with policies, reports, and Pakistan Labor Laws
• Support employee relations and workplace culture initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years HR experience with Talent Acquisition focus
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and HR software systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional English communication (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of labor compliance standards
• Evening shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
