Senior HR Manager (Remote, Contract-Based)

We are hiring a Senior HR Manager to join our team on a remote, contract basis. The role is task-based with flexible hours and bi-weekly payments.

Details:

• Pay: $8/hour
• Contract-based, remote work
• 3–5 day unpaid trial period
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
• Payment every two weeks

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee performance management and employee evaluations
• Support leadership with workforce planning and talent development
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Handle conflict resolution and employee grievances professionally
• Create HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Advise on contract negotiations and HR best practices
• Ensure smooth HR operations in a fully remote environment
