Wigatech is looking for an HR intern to manage our company’s recruiting, learning, development, and employee performance programs.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Strong grip on recruitment with good PR in the job market
- Be able to create a pipeline for several positions at a time.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulation
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and updating our database
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance).
- Solid communication skills.
- Exceptional active listening skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
- Good conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
