HR Executive (Amazon E-commerce Business)

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Timings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

We are a growing Amazon E-commerce business based in Karachi, focused on building high-performing teams to scale our operations globally. To support our growth, we are hiring an HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR management within the Amazon/E-commerce ecosystem in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Amazon & E-commerce related positions (e.g., Amazon Account Managers, PPC Specialists, Graphic Designers, VA’s, Supply Chain/Logistics Executives, etc.).

Manage job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of E-commerce talent in the Karachi market.

Handle employee HR lifecycle including attendance, leaves, performance evaluations, and grievance handling.

Assist management with HR policies, compliance, and documentation.

Foster a positive and productive work culture aligned with organizational goals.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manage workforce planning.

Conduct periodic training & engagement activities to improve retention.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of proven HR & Recruitment experience (Amazon/E-commerce industry in Karachi is a must).

Strong knowledge of Amazon-related roles and skill sets.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of HR software is a plus.

Flexible to work in evening/night shift (4 PM – 12 AM).
