Job Description – Admin Executive (Male)

Location: Head Office, Mehdipatnam

Department: HR & Admin
Reporting To: Sr. Manager – HR & Admin

Purpose of the Role

To assist in day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning through effective coordination, vendor management, travel arrangements, documentation, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Management

  • Handle daily office operations, maintenance, and facility-related requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
  • Manage office stationery, supplies, and inventory.

2. Vendor & Facilities Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and other support services.
  • Maintain vendor records and assist in basic vendor management documentation.
  • Ensure timely renewal of service agreements and maintain cost control.

3. Travel Management

  • Support in travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.
  • Maintain travel expense records and ensure approvals as per company policy.

4. Filing & Documentation Support

  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems in an organized manner.
  • Support HR and Admin departments in document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in drafting basic emails, letters, and official WhatsApp communications.

5. Coordination & Team Support

  • Collaborate with HR, Admin, and other departments for event coordination and daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support during audits, reviews, and meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Admin or HR-related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
  • Basic familiarity with AI tools will be an advantage.
  • Vendor coordination and manual filing systems knowledge.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Good communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in coordination with multiple teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹2,40,000 per annum (Negotiable)
  • Benefits: Company-provided lunch, mobile, and SIM card.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
