Hi Candidate,

We are looking for an Admin Executive to join our team at [Company Name], an engineering company located in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative functions, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including handling emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize company records and files (both physical and electronic).
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Prepare and manage internal reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle office documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.
  • Act as a point of contact between different departments and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and assist with any other administrative functions as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
