Responsibilities:
- Purchasing Coordination:
- Handle purchasing of office items, hardware materials, and daily supplies.
- Collect quotations, prepare comparisons, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Visa & Documentation Management:
- Prepare and process visa documents for employees.
- Maintain records of passports, residence permits, renewals, and embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and foreign staff for visa-related updates.
- Office Vehicle Management:
- Monitor usage of company vehicles.
- Maintain fuel records, maintenance schedules, and driver duty logs.
- Ensure proper care and timely servicing of all office vehicles.
- Attendance & Staff Record Management:
- Maintain daily attendance reports through manual or digital systems.
- Update leave records, late arrivals, and monthly attendance summaries.
- Share attendance reports with HR and Management.
- Hardware & Office Asset Management:
- Maintain inventory of hardware items, tools, and office assets.
- Track issuance and return of tools/materials.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations.
- Manage filing, documentation, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow.
- Handle basic correspondence, emails, and communication with vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
