Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the company. The role ensures smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and effective support to internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate records, employee files, and internal databases
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative activities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents as required
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and office access setup
  • Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and organized
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and positive work ethic
