Job Details :

  • Experience 3 to 4 Year Experience Required
  • Responsible for all admin operations.
  • Responsible for Fuel Card Management
  • Responsible for fleet management and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with accounts department and arrange petty cash.
  • Daily visit all offices for cleaning and checking. Supervise servings for all management meetings.
  • Responsible for the arrangement of office, furniture, systems, office supplies for all new joiners.
  • Repair & Maintenance.
  • Security Management.
  • Asset Management.
