Job Summary
Imperial Limited is seeking an experienced and responsible Admin Executive to oversee administrative functions, improve operational efficiency, and ensure effective coordination of office management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily administrative operations and office management
- Manage facility maintenance, utilities, transport, and vendor relationships
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and inventory control
- Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and workplace facilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and executive support services
- Maintain contracts, records, and administrative compliance documentation
- Monitor budgets related to administration and cost control
- Support management in implementing administrative policies and SOPs
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers
- Prepare reports and administrative performance updates for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in administration
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
