Admin Executive

Job Summary

Imperial Limited is seeking an experienced and responsible Admin Executive to oversee administrative functions, improve operational efficiency, and ensure effective coordination of office management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily administrative operations and office management
  • Manage facility maintenance, utilities, transport, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and inventory control
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and workplace facilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and executive support services
  • Maintain contracts, records, and administrative compliance documentation
  • Monitor budgets related to administration and cost control
  • Support management in implementing administrative policies and SOPs
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers
  • Prepare reports and administrative performance updates for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in administration
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
