Admin Executive

We are looking for a Admin Executive with 3–5 years of UAE experience in an Interior Fit-Out or Contracting company. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling daily administrative operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Manage company documents, filing systems, and records
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • Assist in preparing quotations, LPOs, invoices, and project documentation
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements
  • Support HR and PRO-related coordination when required
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel or site visits
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and official letters/emails
  • Ensure proper documentation for projects, permits, and approvals
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in an Interior Fit-Out or Contracting company
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and office management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with project documentation and construction-related processes is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
