We are looking for a Admin Executive with 3–5 years of UAE experience in an Interior Fit-Out or Contracting company. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling daily administrative operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Manage company documents, filing systems, and records
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Assist in preparing quotations, LPOs, invoices, and project documentation
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements
- Support HR and PRO-related coordination when required
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel or site visits
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official letters/emails
- Ensure proper documentation for projects, permits, and approvals
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in an Interior Fit-Out or Contracting company
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and office management
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with project documentation and construction-related processes is an advantage
