Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining records, and supporting management in administrative and facility-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Manage office assets, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and correspondence activities.
  • Knowledge about PESSI & EOBI
  • Support employee onboarding by arranging workplace facilities and administrative requirements.
  • Maintain attendance records and assist HR in administrative matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Prepare administrative reports and presentations for management.
  • Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility management activities.
  • Handle utility bills and ensure timely processing of payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience in office administration and facility management.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • 25 to 35 years

Job Type

  • Full-Time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
