Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining records, and supporting management in administrative and facility-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Manage office assets, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and correspondence activities.
- Knowledge about PESSI & EOBI
- Support employee onboarding by arranging workplace facilities and administrative requirements.
- Maintain attendance records and assist HR in administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Prepare administrative reports and presentations for management.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility management activities.
- Handle utility bills and ensure timely processing of payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Experience in office administration and facility management.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.
