Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive with an accounting background to support daily administrative and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in P2P processes including invoice tracking, booking, and vendor SOA reconciliation, along with strong Excel and ERP system skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle invoice receipt, booking, and follow-up for approvals and payments.
- Maintain and update the P2P tracker to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Support documentation and filing of payment vouchers and supplier communications.
- Assist finance team with basic accounting and administrative coordination tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors for smooth process flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 2–4 years of experience in admin or accounting support roles, preferably in P2P.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, or equivalent).
- Good communication skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Available to join within 1–2 weeks.
