Duties And Responsibilities

Managing Front office operations including office consumable inventory and ensure to

maintaining the sufficient stock availability at site

Provide administrative support to various teams, assisting with data entry, document

preparation, and other tasks as needed

Monitoring the HK/Security attendance and it is billed accordingly

Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the office premises, common areas, and

any other designated areas

Coordination with external vendors or contractors for specialized cleaning services, repairs

or maintenance as required with Plumbers, AC Technicians, Pest Control

Arranging office events including arrangement of cakes snacks lunch for staff for special

occasions

Maintaining petty cashbooks of account

Handling the AMCs like AC, Pest Control, Office sanitization, Coffee vending machine, etc

Handle incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals

Couriers’ distribution

I card, Visiting cards, RFID cards Printing and records

Monitoring CCTV Camera

Taking Care various office maintenance tasks including computers Telephone, CCTV,AC,

Carpentry, UPS, Battery

Managing Utility Bills Such As Telephone, Electricity Bills, Credit Card Bills, Property Tax

Receipts, Office rent

Arranging The Onboarding kits and Offboarding Kits

Arranging Employee transportation tracking and monitoring the transport keeping record of

travel expenses for reimbursement and financial records,
