Position: Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all company documentation, records, and files (physical & digital).
- Prepare, update, and organize documents such as agreements, invoices, letters, reports, and internal forms.
- Ensure documents are accurate, properly formatted, and filed systematically for easy retrieval.
- Assist in creating and maintaining employee files, vendor files, and compliance-related documents.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and uploading documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for receiving, verifying, and submitting documents on time.
- Maintain document logs, track pending documents, and send follow-ups as required.
- Support front-desk, office coordination, and general admin duties whenever needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive information.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and documentation-related updates for management.
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admin or documentation roles (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience with filing systems (physical & digital).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
