Position: Admin Executive
Department: Administration
Location: Thane
Experience: 2–4 years (preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all company documentation, records, and files (physical & digital).
  • Prepare, update, and organize documents such as agreements, invoices, letters, reports, and internal forms.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, properly formatted, and filed systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining employee files, vendor files, and compliance-related documents.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and uploading documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for receiving, verifying, and submitting documents on time.
  • Maintain document logs, track pending documents, and send follow-ups as required.
  • Support front-desk, office coordination, and general admin duties whenever needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive information.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and documentation-related updates for management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in admin or documentation roles (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Experience with filing systems (physical & digital).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
