Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
· Maintain and update facility related documentation, contracts, and records.
· Handle correspondence related to facility operations.
· Communicating with clients related to schedules.
· Following the schedule and keeping track on Manpower Utilization
· Monitoring the Vehicle Fleet
· Prepare invoice, Contracts and Quotations
Vendor and Service Management:
· Preparing Service MMR
· Track and manage service Level agreements (SLAs)
· Coordination with various approved vendors
Maintenance Coordination:
· Log and track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
· Assigning CAFM task schedule
· Maintain AMC records and renewal schedules
· Liaise with technical teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Asset & Inventory Management:
· Maintain inventory of supplies equipment and consumables
· Oversee tracking of assets.
· Ensure 52-week plan is planned as per the schedule
General Office Support:
· Coordinate office moves and space planning
· Support front desk reception operation if needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
