Admin Executive – Electrical Shop

We are hiring a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office and shop administration for our electrical shop. The role involves handling billing support, customer coordination, records, and basic accounts support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office & shop administration
  • Prepare bills/invoices (manual or computer)
  • Maintain purchase & sales records
  • Coordinate with electricians/technicians
  • Attend customer calls & walk-in enquiries
  • Follow up on pending payments & deliveries
  • Maintain stock entry & basic inventory records
  • Handle vendor coordination & purchase orders
  • Maintain files, documents & basic reports
  • Support owner in day-to-day operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
