Job Title: Admin Executive (Legal & Compliance)

Job Summary:

The Admin Executive (Legal & Compliance) will be responsible for managing all legal, compliance, and licensing activities across the company’s outlets. The role includes ensuring timely renewal of business licenses, maintaining statutory documents, coordinating with government authorities, and supporting the management in legal and administrative tasks. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and well-versed with compliance requirements related to the hospitality and restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:1. Compliance & Legal Documentation:

  • Ensure the company and all outlets comply with statutory, municipal, and licensing laws.
  • Maintain and update all statutory documents such as Trade License, FSSAI, Fire License, Pollution Certificate, and others.
  • Prepare, file, and renew licenses and registrations within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of all compliance and legal documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government departments for legal filings and renewals.
  • Assist management in responding to legal notices, inspections, or audits.

2. License & Registration Management:

  • Apply, track, and renew all business licenses required for restaurant operations, such as:
  • FSSAI License
  • Trade License
  • Fire Safety License
  • Pollution Control Board Certificate
  • Health Department Registration
  • Shops & Establishment Registration
  • Keep a centralized record of license expiry dates and renewal schedules.
  • Ensure all outlets operate with valid and updated licenses.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate with the HR, Accounts, and Operations departments for document collection and submission related to compliance.
  • Assist in vendor registration, agreements, and contract documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and correspondence related to government departments and authorities.
  • Prepare compliance and license status reports for senior management.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of legal compliance and licensing procedures in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email correspondence.
  • Ability to handle government portals and online license applications.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation ability.
  • Familiar with Tally or basic accounting (added advantage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
