About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive (Male) to manage daily office operations, coordinate administrative activities, and support management in ensuring smooth business functions. The ideal candidate should be reliable, disciplined, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office administration and ensure proper functioning of all office facilities.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and other employee documentation.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for timely delivery and maintenance.
  • Handle logistics arrangements, travel bookings, and office maintenance schedules.
  • Support HR and accounts departments in administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and handle correspondence efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of office matters.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate, preferably aged 25–40 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
