Job Title: Admin Executive – Telecom / Mobile Accessories Industry
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Experience Required: 3+ Years (Telecom or Mobile Accessories Industry Preferred)

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support office management activities. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the telecom or mobile accessories industry, and be capable of maintaining smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination.
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor management.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Manage courier services, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
Handle facility management and office maintenance.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and telecom accessories when required.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, utilities, and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Support HR in employee onboarding logistics and office arrangements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in administrative roles.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in telecom or mobile accessories industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
